Effective October 1, 2010 Homeowner Associations are required to prepare and submit an annual proposed Budget to all lot owners. Therefore, the Hearing and Comment meeting for the Proposed 2023 Budget will be held on Thursday December 1st, 2022. The meeting will be held via ZOOM, the meeting information is below, with the meeting starting promptly at 7:00 P.M.

The Board looks forward to seeing everyone on Thursday December 1st, 2022. If you have any questions or comments regarding the Proposed Budget you should plan on attending as this is the purpose of the meeting.

Because of the soggy forecast, the community yard sale is being cancelled for September 8th.  Assuming the weather cooperates, we will have our community yard sale on September 15, 2018.
