New Board of Directors Member and HOA Officers

At our association’s meeting of last April 20, one new director was elected to the board, Rod, and one director was re-elected, Roz. Our president for about 20 years, Javi, did not run for re-election, and so he now leaves that role in our association with our high appreciation for his great leadership, work and care over so long. Our board of directors, with five members, reconstituted this way: Jaime as president, Javier as vice president, Rod as treasurer, Isaiah as secretary, and Roz as at-large. 2026 Budget Approved

During our association’s meeting of November 20, 2025 (via Zoom), a draft for the budget prepared by our board of directors was discussed. After several questions from members (property owners) were asked and answered, the board members attending voted to approve the budget. The current $30 monthly assessment fee will remain the same for 2026.
