2022 Annual Meeting Notice

Dear Homeowner/s:

The Willowood Neighborhood Association, Inc. will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday April 5th, 2022. The meeting will be held via Zoom Applications. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect one (1) Directors and discuss other matters that may properly come before the Board.

If any homeowners are interested in serving on the Board nominations will also be taken from the floor the night of the meeting.

In order to conduct the meeting, a quorum of 10% of the owners is necessary to attend in person or by proxy. If we are unable to have a quorum, we will invoke 5-206 of the Corporations and Association Article. This will permit the Board together with those in attendance to pick an alternate date and meet again with no quorum requirement. This process is costly and time consuming. Please help your Association avoid this situation. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the proxy and return it to Residential Realty or appoint a neighbor that will be attending the meeting to register the proxy for you. In the event you are able to attend the meeting, you may retrieve your proxy at that time.

We urge everyone to take an interest in your Community.
